Photography:

Take candid photographs of participants pre-event, event and post event. Share on TSC Alliance's social media platforms.

Set Up Volunteer:

Set Up Description: Duties will include early arrival to help unload vehicles, distribute supplies, set up and break down stations, help with removal of trash.

Greeter:

Greeter Description: Welcome and direct guests to various walk activities. Be prepared to answer event questions and be familiar with event logistics. Assist exhibitors and sponsors with assigned locations, and set up display of TSC Alliance brochures and materials.

Registration and Check-In:

Registration and Check-In Description: Duties will include set up/break down of the registration table. Greet and welcome all participants. Provide registration instructions to onsite participants and distribute walk t-shirts to all participants, exhibitors and sponsors. Post-event: break down registration table, pack and inventory walk-related supplies; and help where needed.

Snack/Water Monitors:

Snack/Water Monitors Description: Help with distribution of snacks or serve lunch; monitor water stations at designated locations. Volunteers at the water/snack stations will assist by passing out water bottles and snacks to walk participants, restocking the bins of water, breaking down cardboard, and disposing of waste.

Kids’ Corner:

Kids’ Corner Description: Arrive early to help set up tent and oversee Kids’ Corner activities.
